The accommodation is nice and the place is attractive, but there is no customer service. I tried to contact them for a month using the phones I had from the booking period and via email—no response. They know about the double charge and are fine with it. The double charge was taken, and for a month nobody answered my calls or emails; apparently that’s normal for them. They have no intention to refund the money.
I took the family room, which was spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean, with a large jacuzzi and hot water all the time. The resort’s heated pool allowed me to swim in December. The location is great, 2 minutes’ walk from the promenade and a few minutes’ drive from the Big Beach. Service was excellent; Chen took care of everything. I recommend it.
