The grounds are really nice and the front‑desk staff are friendly, which made the stay pleasant. The only downside is that the hotel sits a fair distance from the city centre, so getting to the main attractions required a bit of a walk or a taxi. Overall, the natural setting and helpful guys outweighed the location inconvenience.

Ana was super attentive and went out of her way to help us, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, when it rained the water seeped into a few spots inside the hostel, even reaching the beds and the lounge area. The service was great, but the leak issue needs fixing.

The host was incredibly helpful, always checking in to see if we needed anything, and the place itself was clean and pretty cozy. It felt more like a home than a typical hotel, so I’d definitely recommend it to others. No complaints at all.

The place has a friendly vibe and, although it’s tucked away from the main street, you can still walk there easily; the person at reception was genuinely pleasant. On the flip side, the rooms lack privacy—no windows, so you can see and hear everything happening in the house and even the neighboring hotel. The kitchen’s plastic plates were melted, which was more funny than functional, and the lounge is shared with the house cats. It’s a quirky spot, just be prepared for the open‑plan layout.

The rooms are really beautiful and comfortable, and Nataly’s warm smile and attentive service gave us a sense of peace and happiness throughout our stay. We didn’t encounter any problems, so it was an all‑around pleasant experience.
