When I booked, I asked for an extra cot for my one‑year‑old and the confirmation said it would be free. Instead, the hotel gave me an old mattress wrapped in a cloth that wasn’t suitable for a baby, and then told me I’d have to pay SAR 50 for a proper cot/bed even though it was supposed to be included. On the bright side, the staff were friendly.

The place was very comfortable and spotless. The toilet’s flush was weak, the street noise was loud, but I still managed to sleep despite the cars. The sofa in the lounge was broken and there was no microwave in the apartment.

Cleanliness was poor, insects and cockroaches were in the apartment, and the Wi‑Fi would open for a short time and then shut off.
