“I checked in, within 30 minutes I checked out due to poor maintenance of the building and facilities”

The location is near downtown. The facilities are run down; this property should not be in this app at the first place.

We stood at the counter for 10 minutes to be served, the door of our room was wide open on arrival. The toilet seat was hanging off and the shower head had been snapped off; there was no telephone to call reception, so I went down to the counter only to be told over the phone to wait in the room for someone to come and fix it. Ten minutes later we decided we wanted to leave and called the phone number again (still no one at the office); the cleaner was there and rang her boss to see about giving back my 1000 THB deposit. I got my deposit back. I had paid for two nights, and three days later I’m still awaiting a reply.

The location is convenient and easy to get around, but the hotel has just recovered from a natural disaster and still isn’t ready for guests; only one key card was provided, the room was dusty and not properly cleaned, the shower spray was barely a trickle, and despite asking for a room change for three days, nothing was arranged, making the price feel unjustified.
