A B&B tucked into nature yet only minutes from everything, this place feels instantly like home thanks to the warm welcome from the owners, who went above and beyond with thoughtful care. Rossana’s breakfast is simply amazing—rich, well‑crafted, and tailored to each guest’s preferences. Staying here gives you that enchanted vibe of being surrounded by wildlife without sacrificing comfort. The room was spotless and clean. Even though our visit was short, we left with a little piece of our hearts. We’ll definitely come back!

We’re in a rural setting that’s hyper‑quiet. The welcome is exceptionally kind and the homemade breakfast is very generous. A beautiful stop to remember. It’s rustic but functional, and everything works perfectly.

“Un confortevole rifugio nel bosco.”

It served as the starting and ending point for a fairly long trek along the “Via di Francesco.” I stayed at several places, but this one was the best in many ways. First, it was the cheapest yet still offered excellent standards. It blends seamlessly into the surrounding nature while providing all the comforts. Rooms were originally furnished with pleasant ethnic décor. The breakfast was super abundant. Added value came from the host, Oksana, who would win an Oscar for hospitality if there were one. Empathetic and efficient, she makes the stay flawless in every detail, with extreme discretion so everything feels almost natural. Atmosphere, location, management.
