The hotel is right where you need it and the rooms were spotless, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, there were a ton of flies buzzing around the food and the constant construction clatter and speaker music made it hard to relax. Maybe it was just a one‑off situation.

The staff really made the stay pleasant. Érico at the front desk and the kitchen lady (I can’t recall her name) were always ready to help and went out of their way to be courteous. I felt well taken care of throughout.

The place was tidy and everything seemed in order, and the coffee supply was more than enough. The employees were quick to assist and genuinely friendly. I left feeling satisfied with the overall vibe.

I've visited a few times and each stay has been welcoming; the rooms stay clean, the breakfast is fantastic, and the staff are consistently polite and helpful. Whenever I'm in Posto da Mata and see an open room, I just book it. No complaints.

The front desk was friendly and the breakfast spread was solid, leaving me with no real issues to point out. Overall a straightforward, pleasant stay.
