The hotel is far from the city centre, but the exterior of the building looks nice while the interior is not. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we caught the night bus. The outside noise is excessive, with cars passing by and the windows not blocking the sound. The bathroom feels old and the drops are not completely clean. Breakfast is very light. There is no elevator for luggage, which is a pity given the lack of other services.

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, even arranging a surprise for a friend's birthday that we really appreciated. They helped us check the weather for Fansipan summit and organized trekking and motorbike tours. We felt warmly welcomed and the stay was cozy and relaxed. Thank you!

The place is nice, very pretty, and pastoral, a bit far from the city but you can rent a scooter or electric bike and explore the area perfectly. Lili took care of everything and was always happy to help.

Great location, great service, great accommodation. At night we could hear animals and cars as if there were no windows.

The breakfast was nice and good. The room was clean and comfortable. The noise level is high, with staff talking loudly early in the morning, and there is no elevator if you stay on the top floor, so be careful.
