The experience was super, and it was super again.
Never again! I was deeply disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the room—walls with dirty stains, a dirty mark on the bedding, filthy light switches, a stained wooden headboard, and a dirty service phone. After that, we booked another hotel, incurred extra costs, and couldn’t get a refund for this room. When we raised the cleanliness issue with the front desk, they replied that they had worked in five‑star hotels and assured us the hotel was clean, but there was no customer‑friendly approach, no compensation, and no assistance. I strongly advise against staying here; the hygiene and the staff’s unprofessional response make it a place to avoid.
The rooftop dining area is great :) Parking is outside :) Getting out of the basement with a mini bus was hard but doable :)

I want to highlight the overall good and varied breakfast, especially the fact that vegan milk alternatives were offered; the view while eating breakfast was very nice, giving a pleasant start to the day; the room equipment was functional and met a normal standard; the friendly and accommodating staff left a particularly positive impression.
The breakfast was plentiful, the view of the KuDamm was nice, and the location for public transport was perfect. However, the rooms were very basic, the furniture should have been replaced long ago, and the street location was the worst—extreme traffic noise and a club nearby until 2 am. I was booking a hotel to sleep, not to have the next day’s noise right next to me. I asked the reception for a different room around 1 am, and they said it would only be quiet in about an hour. I would not book this hotel again; you’d rather spend the night outside and bang your ears.
