“Seems like a good place to stay, we were just unlucky”

We were greeted by a lovely balcony in our room, and the pool and breakfast were great, though a few fresh fruits would have made it better. The staff was nice, but it felt like they had forgotten us or messed up the reservation because a day before arrival we got an email asking us to rate our stay, and when we got there they seemed confused and didn’t know we had a booking. We had to wait a long time for our room, though they offered tea and biscuits while they prepared it. When we tried to check out, nobody was around and the portal was closed, so we had to wait again. The staff seemed a bit absent; we ate breakfast outside while two other groups ate inside at the same time, and even an hour after we checked out the breakfast was still sitting in the sun.

The location, space, and rooms were good, but the breakfast was very poor compared to other times we stayed, and the staff were different.

The property was interesting, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they brought tea and snacks to our room on arrival. The apartment was comfortable, roomy, and clean with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The dinner and breakfast were nice. It is a bit off road and down rough gravel and dirt lanes, but we found that acceptable.

The hotel is a little away from the street, which is actually nice. It’s quiet, comfortable, and the staff are kind. I’d like to come again during the rose season. The breakfast bread is always very dry; be careful.

I absolutely loved my stay. Ousama took such good care of us. We were traveling with kids and he gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room with a better view. He carried our bags from the parking all the way upstairs to our room, served us mint tea and biscuits on arrival, and the room even had a Muslim shower, something not commonly seen in Morocco. It’s the best spot to stay midway to or from the Sahara desert, and very affordable for the price. Even though you have to order dinner by the afternoon, Ousama still made us dinner on time. He served us yummy tagine, fruit salad, and harissa soup. The tagine was made by him himself, and he even made my kids spaghetti when I told him they wouldn’t eat tagine or soup. From the moment you enter, Ousama takes such good care of you.
