The front desk staff were fine and the Filipino staff were polite and friendly. The male Japanese clerk was also helpful and polite, as was the Indian guy, and the Japanese lady was courteous. The breakfast was very simple; add more items and lower the price.

I spent three weeks at the Moana and enjoyed every moment. The staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking excellent English. Housekeeping came every three days, but you could always ask the front desk for toiletry refills. The AC and dehumidifier worked great and kept the room cool, especially on days that hit 110+ °F, and the in‑room washer and dryer were super useful for sweaty clothes. The hotel offers free parking, though it fills up at night; just hand the keys to the staff and they’ll find a spot. Overall, a superb stay at the Moana that I highly recommend!

Can't say enough of how friendly the staff are. It made my 2 kids veryt comfortable. washing machine in the room was a nice extra. Just a motel feel, maybe as opposed to a hotel. Still nice little place

The room was lovely and even had its own washer‑dryer; the staff were very kind, and we received free breakfast, complimentary water and laundry detergent, and everything was very clean. The downside was that the air‑conditioner sat on the balcony, making it impossible to sit outside while it was running because it got unbearably hot.
