I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room I was assigned, number 102, had no windows, which was a far cry from the Randmark View/City View room I had booked. The room was also missing a TV, and the closet space was non-existent. The small fridge was just sitting on the floor, and there was no cleaning service during my stay. To top it off, I was only provided with two bath towels, which weren't exchanged during my entire stay.

The hotel's central location was a major advantage, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and bars. However, the reception staff seemed disinterested, and the booking process was disorganized, which detracted from my overall experience.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. It's located in a red-light district and feels like a hourly hotel. The rooms I stayed in, and I was in two different ones, had a strong smell of smoke, sweat, and cheap air freshener. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's prime location, as everything I needed was just a stone's throw away. However, I did find the booking process to be a bit confusing and not as user-friendly as I had hoped.
