Breakfast was a mess—those burger gravy things looked like vomit.

The suite offered plenty of room to move around, but the lighting was poor—only low‑intensity lamps in the corners and at the bed, no overhead lights, making the whole room dim. The detergent used for the bedding had a strong scent that overwhelmed us as soon as we entered. The mattress felt too firm for our liking, and the window had no screen, so we had to open it to ventilate the room after arrival. The bathtub floor was several inches higher than the rest of the floor, so we had to be careful when getting in and out, though the shower walls were equipped with many grab bars.

Everything was good and there was enough room for all of us. But if the room can accommodate six people, it should provide six towels, not just three or four.

The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful; I won't recommend or return.
