The bed was comfy, the room spotless, and the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. The kettle didn’t fit in the sink for refilling, so I had to use the shower, which wasn’t ideal.

The desk guy was unbelievably nice, full of positivity and useful information.

The staff were lovely, the location was good with parking, and the room was a decent size. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. A bit of housekeeping was needed in the shower enclosure, but otherwise it was fine.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered free parking as well as a nearby car park. Tea‑making facilities and a new TV were nice touches, and the walk to the local Wetherspoons pub was easy. Public areas were functional, but the hotel felt tired: the bathroom extractor was broken, the door handle was loose and creaky, and the bed was noisy. Contractors were working there, so I was disturbed by their early‑morning departures.
