The facility is well maintained, rooms are tidy and the pools and common areas are pleasant and well organized; the staff were always friendly, helpful, and smiling, which is a real strength of the hotel, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food, however, is the weakest point: the menu is heavily British‑focused in both style and quality, giving an Italian guest a cafeteria‑like feel; while the selection is broad and something good is usually found, it falls short of what one would expect from a hotel of this class. Dinner hours from 19.00 to 21.30 also felt early for a Mediterranean holiday, likely reflecting British clientele habits. The beach shuttle could use improvement; the limited runs at 10.30, 13.00, and 18.30 are not ideal, especially since the beach isn’t within walking distance, and a four‑star hotel should offer more frequent or even continuous service during the day.

Everything was great: the rooms were clean, very comfortable, spacious, and well equipped; everything was thoughtfully arranged. The food was excellent and varied daily, and everywhere was spotless and organized. The staff were very smiling and courteous. The only downside was the coffee.

The place was tidy and not far from the beach or the airport, and the rooms felt fairly new. Most of the staff were friendly, but they forgot to put water bottles in the room even though it was scorching hot and water is cheap in Greece. The shower screens were too small and the whole bathroom flooded during showers. I heard the lifeguard telling other staff twice that he didn’t like people from certain races, and a female staff member even pointed out that his remarks were racist. Closing all inclusive facilities at 11 pm felt unfair.

The property was spotless, the food was mouth‑watering, and Chef Stelius and his team were amazing. Everyone was also very friendly and helpful. Nothing else to add.
