Right in the center of Lerici, super convenient for ferry trips or city beaches, and a half‑hour walk gets you to San Terenzo. The room is simple, as shown in the photos, with everything you need. Lerici has a ZTL, so parking can be tough; we were lucky to stay on a weekday, not the weekend—still a common issue for all places. The owner is very helpful and kind. Nothing else; everything matches the pictures exactly.

The room was spacious and tidy. The host was very friendly. The apartment’s location was perfect—restaurants, beach, promenade, and bus stop all within a short walk. The room was basic in furnishings and the bathroom was old‑fashioned. I didn’t realize it was on the fourth floor, no elevator, as is typical in these old Italian buildings. The lack of sound insulation was the biggest problem; you could hear everything from the courtyard (the old window didn’t block any sound) and the hallway. The room seemed separated from the owner’s flat, and the interior door didn’t block neighbor noises either. I don’t recommend it for people with mobility issues or those sensitive to noise.

The girl is super helpful and kind. The room is very tidy and clean, with all the essentials. It’s strategically located just a stone’s throw from Lerici’s square, right in the center, and the price is great. Nothing else.

The accommodation is in an excellent spot, right in the heart of Lerici, one of the most interesting villages in the Gulf of Poets. The owner is very friendly and helpful, offering valuable advice on parking, nearby beaches, and available tours (I highly recommend the ferry trip to Portovenere, the Five Towns, and the islands in front of Portovenere). Highly recommended!
