Clean, tidy, no issues with the owner—very helpful. Great location.

The spot is great, right next to Fountain Square, with plenty of breakfast options nearby and a 24‑hour market; the front desk guy was friendly and we chatted a lot—he's a Beijing fan. The terrace outside the door is nice for a breeze. The room felt a bit cramped, and the shower head and shelf were too high for my wife to reach.

The location is excellent, the owner is approachable, and the value for money is superb. Unfortunately, the TV wasn’t working (it wasn’t tuned) even though it was present.
