The front desk, breakfast team and housekeeping all greeted us warmly and were quick to help. We appreciated the bottled water in the room, the macarons and chocolates, and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. We got a voucher for an aperitivo on a night of our choosing, and were treated to a glass of Prosecco and a range of tasty finger foods – a pleasant surprise. We did wish there had been milk in the room for coffee or tea, and a small magnifying mirror in the bathroom would have helped those of us who wear glasses when applying makeup.

The location is superb and the staff are great, and the rooms are modern. The breakfast, however, is quite basic.

Abigail served breakfast quickly and with a smile, and her cappuccinos were fantastic. From the moment we arrived, Olga handled dinner reservations and taxi arrangements with remarkable efficiency and a friendly attitude – a real marvel. We loved everything.

Check‑in was warm and gracious, and everyone was friendly. The room was spacious, bright, and inviting, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was good and check‑out was smooth. The front desk booked our taxi and was very accommodating. We enjoyed the kitchenette area and the large bathroom/shower. We were startled by loud construction noise early in the morning outside the bathroom window, probably from the building next door; the front desk was unaware but we understood it wasn’t their fault.
