“La peor experiencia”
The facilities were nice, but we couldn’t enjoy them. A kids’ party filled the pool area, event tables were set up in the garden, and a lot of children swam in the pool with party music—definitely not a place to relax quietly. If you’re renting the whole hotel for a party, don’t accept guests. The worst experience. We had to pay a day pass at another hotel just to unwind.

I was impressed with the hotel's facilities, but personally, I think it's a bit overrated. The amenities are great, but I didn't find it to be worth the hype. Overall, it was an okay stay, but not exceptional.

The staff, particularly the waiters and bellhop, were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, I was given a small double room with a king-sized bed that lacked even a chair to sit on, which was a letdown given the nearly 6,000-peso price tag. The value for money just didn't add up.

We really liked our room—it was beautiful, spacious, clean, and pretty. The crew was amazing, very helpful, and nice! I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

I loved the pool, which is covered at night and has a lovely water temperature. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room size, considering the complex's overall dimensions. Additionally, the bar and restaurant are quite pricey, and there's a 1000-peso deposit required. The hotel's location is also a bit inconvenient, as it's far from the highway and town, making a vehicle necessary.
