The staff, the breakfast, and the mattress were all good, yet parking is scarce and when it’s full you’re sent to another lot seven minutes away, which sits on a hospital campus with no nice view.

There isn’t even a single lounge to sit in. The hotel is plain, dull, surrounded by nothing, and definitely not in the centre as advertised.
