Location is good. Staff is also nice as per my experience. I couldn’t have breakfast and hence no specific feedback. Tea making jar, cups and tea/coffee making kit was missing and was provided after request. Hand tissue shall be kept. Key contact no. ams service rate sheet was missing. This is important for senior citizens who can’t walk every time to reception. Bathroom has exhaust system but exhaust openings is preferred. I understood from restaurant manager that restaurant is recently opened and not yet established well. I agree since many items listed in the menu were not available when requested
