The key works as a touch‑card, which is smooth and easy to use; however, the parking lot is tiny with no space, the staff seemed clueless about the hotel, the room was dirty with dust, odors and stained bedding, and the bathroom had mold—hardly any cleaning at all.

Breakfast gave excellent value, there was plenty of on‑site parking, the large public bath was a nice touch, the welcome drink was appreciated, and the nearby tram stop was convenient; still, many lockers lacked keys making them hard to use, and adding a cold‑water pool would have made it even better.

The mattress was comfortable and gave a good night’s sleep, but cleanliness was lacking, with carpet stains everywhere and spots on the walls and ceiling.

I could stay cheaply and relax. The bathroom vent made a loud alarm‑like noise, which was annoying.

The location is super strategic, just a few meters from Matsuyama station, the room is comfortable, and the staff are good. The microwave on floor 8 was hard to open; I wanted to heat my food but couldn’t.
