“Heerlijk tot rust gekomen en genoten van onze babymoon in de Betuwe!”

The location was perfect for unwinding in the polder with little traffic. The accommodation looked nice, tidy, clean, and large enough for two people. It can host four, but we would find it a bit cramped. It’s centrally placed for plenty of nearby activities. On arrival we were told that the garden section was our private space during the stay, yet a day later we saw the owner on his bike passing through our garden via the exit gate. We were just on the sofa at the time, but the same situation could happen if someone is sunbathing topless. The property faces the residents’ garage, and vice versa, so when you look at the garage you see the guests’ garden. Additionally, after a day out we discovered the trash bin had been emptied, meaning someone had used the accommodation without our knowledge, which we didn’t appreciate. Suggestion: don’t enter the guests’ garden when people are present. Install a hedge or some barrier between the property and the garage for privacy. Talk to guests about whether they want to dispose of their own waste or allow entry to the accommodation.

“Hele fijne B&B!”

A nice B&B with comfortable beds and good facilities. The breakfast was delicious and the hostess was very friendly.

During the hot days the air‑conditioning worked well. The place was very tidy and quietly located on the edge of a nature reserve. The garden needs a bit of upkeep, but that’s a minor issue.

“Prima!”

The beds slept wonderfully! When one of us two went to shower, the water was very cold and never warmed up. The next day it was warm again.
