“Perfect as always”
Every time I stay here it’s amazing—quiet, calm, and with a sea view. Nothing was wrong; everything was as good as always.
We booked two rooms that were modest, no frills but clean and tidy, with everything needed. The price matched the quality. The only drawback was that the hotel sits about 6 km from the center, but if you have a bike or car that’s no issue at all. A special thanks to the host—we ordered dinners from her and the Tom Yum and Pad Thai were delicious. Overall we were satisfied with the stay and grateful for the hospitality.

Our room was on the second floor with a small terrace, perfect for evenings with a sea view. The hosts were incredibly friendly—felt like staying with grandma for the weekend. The Pad Thai here was the best I’ve had, and the curry soup was a hit. Everything was spotless and lovingly detailed. If we’d known how great it was, we’d have stayed a week. The style is like Santorini. During breakfast one of the hosts came over and gave us a handmade keychain with “love” on it—so touching and sweet ❤️❤️❤️.
I loved the quiet spot on the east side of the island—exactly what we wanted! Waking up to birds and sipping coffee on the bench was perfect. The owner, a friendly lady, helped us get back to the ferry. The only downside is that taxis are pricey to reach this side of the island, since most people go west, but the owner gave us good tips to get there smoothly, and otherwise we liked everything.

The family was very decent, everything went well, though it was a bit inconvenient on the first day of check‑in because few cars go that way, but there’s a bike rental near the port, so the problem was solved. If you’re looking for a place, you’ll need a bike; the island is nowhere without one. The hosts also rent bikes, so staying here is better than the center for those who want quiet at night and a good sleep. The room isn’t 40 m², but there’s enough space.
