The location was fine, yet I drove over 700 miles to arrive at 10 pm only to find a dirty room; even after being upgraded to a king room, it was just as dirty and not fun at all.

I booked last minute, the price was good, the room and bed were very clean, and the basic facilities were adequate, but the train noise was annoying.

The front‑desk clerk couldn’t locate our reservation and needed help from another staff member; when we finally reached our room, the bathtub was dirty, very old, and stained.

The location was close to the university, but it sits right on top of the railroad, so train whistles kept us up all night; the streets were noisy, the bathtub and toilet were stained and dirty, the sink water ran backwards, and there was no breakfast.
