From afar, this is the best hotel I've stayed at in Bucovina. It's extremely elegant, very comfortable, and the rooms are huge. The staff were extremely kind.

The location and room were fine. The cleaning staff were okay. The balcony view deserves the highest rating for the hotel. The breakfast was terribly poor for a 4‑star place. The breakfast staff seemed more interested in eating than bringing food. I ordered room service for three desserts and received only one fork and one knife for three people. Even though we asked for extra cutlery and plates, we didn't get enough for the number of desserts ordered. The girl who delivered the desserts said she didn’t have enough hands to bring them. Another evening, when I ordered a tray to the room, I received no cutlery at all. The spa and play area were closed, even though this wasn’t specified on Booking. The hot water came only after 10 minutes in the evening. The TVs in the two rented rooms didn’t work; they only had a parasite.
