The room was fine, but they took my security deposit because I supposedly smoked and my clothes smelled of smoke, even though I never smoked in the room. I couldn’t dispute it because my Uber was there, so I lost $50 for no reason.

I was upset by the rule that said if I booked through a third‑party I couldn’t extend my stay without checking out and then checking back in at 3 pm. As a travel‑business owner I’ve never seen that before, and it was a hassle to move all my stuff out for three hours. I’m a Choice Platinum member and that didn’t help. One staff member was so rude that I left and found another hotel; I’ll never return. The policy on extensions, the limited food options, and the staff rudeness were all major issues.

The bed was comfy, but the common area had a strong odor, especially in the breakfast zone.
