The location and room were pretty good! Unfortunately, the breakfast was awful for a Western palate; it couldn’t meet even the minimum expectations. The parking just outside the entrance was a disappointment, full of trash and grime. The rooftop has potential for a nice view but is completely unmaintained.

It was fine for a short stay in Varanasi. The staff were helpful when needed, but the cleanliness could use improvement, and we had to pay for bottled water.

The terrace overlooking the Ganges was magnificent, and the room was comfortable. The staff were discreet, efficient, and friendly.

Right by the ghat, the view of the Ganges was amazing. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, with a host of facilities and vegetarian options. Food arrived a bit late, but since we were four it was understandable.
