The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly, and the fact that you can have breakfast until 12:00 on Sundays or weekends is unique! Everything was very good.

Breakfast was good and the staff were supportive. The room was clean, and the coffee machine worked; an extra curtain helped block light from outside. However, the lighting in the room was insufficient, there was no air conditioner so it was too hot, and I asked for a fan because the 11th‑floor room felt hot and humid. Opening a window might not be practical. The locker didn’t work, and the shuttle service that was mentioned wasn’t there when I asked about it. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.
