The room was great, the beds were good, and it was only three minutes to the subway; the staff were excellent and the breakfast tasty, plus the hotel restaurant was superb. The cleaning crew was louder than usual depending on the room’s location.

Everything was spotless, the service was excellent, and the location was great! Everything was beautiful, and I recommend it without hesitation. There was nothing negative.

The location and the very friendly staff were positives, but overall the hotel felt quite old‑fashioned. The beds were hard, the shower faucets didn’t work properly, and the cabinets had an unpleasant smell. Even before entering, a strong cigarette odor was noticeable because the smoking area is right next to the entrance.
