The location was great and the staff were very friendly, but the owner’s reception as soon as we arrived was so unpleasant that we almost wanted to find another place; unfortunately we had booked and paid through Booking, so we couldn’t cancel.

The dinner was fantastic – the food tasted top‑notch and you could tell the chef really knew what they were doing. Everything was served hot and fresh, and we left the restaurant completely satisfied.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the meals were tasty, plus the spa area looked great. Unfortunately the beds felt way too firm for my liking and the pillows were pretty uncomfortable. The rooftop pool water seemed a bit warmer than expected, which was a minor let‑down.

The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning – it got uncomfortably warm in the room, and there was no way to cool it down.

The hotel’s location right by the ski lifts is perfect, and the wellness area truly impressed me. On the downside, the dinner menu was just average and didn’t live up to the rest of the experience.
