I was thoroughly impressed with the warm hospitality and spotless cleanliness of this hotel.
The large, incredibly comfortable beds were a delight to sleep in.
The staff made sure I felt right at home during my stay.
It's an excellent value for money and a short ride from the hustle and bustle.

This Double or Twin Room has a terrace with garden views. The room is air-conditioned and has a desk. It sleeps 2 guests and has 1 private bathroom.
“Lo consiglio!”
Overall, it was a good experience: the bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, the room was pretty spacious with a private kitchenette that turned out handy. They let you rent scooters, and the spot’s distance from the beaches is convenient. The property sits 10 minutes from Kuta, so you’ll definitely need a motorbike for any trip and evenings can feel a little awkward (this is true for all of Lombok). When we arrived, towels and bath mats were missing, but after we mentioned it they were supplied right away. A few bugs appeared in the bathroom, the room door didn’t close properly, and the cleanliness could use a bit of work.
“Good”
The bed is amazing and the room is comfortable, but we had no hot water for an issue during all our stay, and it’s not very relaxing to listen to all the cars and motorbikes passing on the road.
Clean, hot shower, comfy bed, but could slightly hear the mosque and was a bit out of the way.
“lugar bom”
The room was very comfortable and roomy, with a spacious desk for work; I stayed in room 1, so I had plenty of privacy. I liked it a lot, stayed for a long time and didn’t want to leave. The place is new, everything is in order and in good condition. The AC is new, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is spacious, and the shower has a good hot‑water reserve, which matters to me. There’s enough space to hang clothes outside the room to dry. The staff are attentive. The biggest issue is the internet—unreliable. From what I gathered, it’s prepaid: they buy the Megas they think they need and when it runs out, they buy more. That means at times the connection simply dies and you’re on your own. I had several moments of trouble working. Another downside is the kitchen, which is always dirty. I never saw it tidy; food crumbs were on the floor, ants everywhere. Sometimes I wanted to cut a fruit with a knife and it was unpleasant to enter. It seems a family lives there, leaving food on the counter and a dirty floor; the fridge is packed. The place is close to the road, so you can hear traffic in the morning, which can disturb sleep. The mosque’s sound is also present in the mornings and all day. Despite the newness, the bathroom lacks proper ventilation (at least in the room I stayed in, where the bathroom had a gap between ceiling and wall), so there’s a large black mold stain on the ceiling. It didn’t bother me because there was no odor and I didn’t spend much time in the bathroom, but over time it could become an issue. The mold might be toxic, and eventually it could smell. The location is far from Kuta, as the map shows. They don’t clean much; I stayed about 10 days and they only cleaned once when I asked.
Amazing - beautiful gardens and clean / modern / spacious rooms
