The breakfast offered was very sparse. The pool was broken, the room had an unpleasant odor, and the staff were not friendly. We were double‑charged for bringing our dogs, but when we called the hotel they denied it; it took a week for them to remove the charge. I will never stay there again.

We were close to the places we needed for our meetings. The first room we received had a bed that clearly had been used and not remade; it was very dirty, even the lampshade had fingerprints of grime, and it was dusty. When we called the front desk to ask for a change, the attendant told us that one of us had to come down to collect new keys for a new room, which was fine, but he said in a quite jerky tone, “I can’t go around hunting for people, so one of you has to come down to the desk.” We complied the first time, and the next room was a little better. There were huge gauges in the wall from who knows what. The tub was dirty and you almost needed an engineer to figure out how to use the shower.
