The service was absolutely great, especially from Emrah and Huseyin, and the breakfast was excellent! Big thanks to Emrah, Huseyin, and Emir for being so helpful with everything, offering guidance and good city tips, and arranging taxis and showing me the spots to visit. The rooms were fine, but I was unhappy with my first‑floor room because of traffic noise. After I mentioned it at reception, they moved me to a new room.
