The mattresses were protected and the air‑conditioning worked well. The bathtub was very dirty and cracked, the fridge door didn’t close properly so nothing cooled, and there was a cockroach on the bed.

The beach access was great, but the room wasn’t clean—there was a lot of dust, stained or poorly washed towels, and the bathroom wasn’t clean either.

I loved the pool. It was so beautiful. Being put on the 3rd floor. No elevator. I walk with a cane

The beach and pool were just a stone’s throw away, but the rooms were a nightmare—filthy, with unwashed beds, leftover food in the fridge, and poop smeared on the bathroom doors. The room door didn’t lock; it barely stayed closed and would pop open. The steps were wobbly, paint was peeling everywhere, and caution tape was stuck all over.
