The bed was good. We had to pay for breakfast and parking.
The owner was super friendly and everything was automated. The place was well connected with public transportation. Breakfast was all from the supermarket; I expected at least fresh bakery items.

The room was large and the surroundings were pleasant. The location was well connected to the city center and very close to the park. Breakfast could have been better: croissants, pastries, and cakes were stale, the coffee was from capsules, but the water and fresh banana were a plus.
The room and the bathroom were huge. The mattress was bad, we had to go out into the hallway to get breakfast, and we didn’t know the extra charge was 9,50 euros per person.
Everything was perfect, the hosts were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was prepared the day before and left in the fridge so you could take it whenever you wanted.
