The location was great, the cleanliness was good, the reception and secure access were solid, and the bedding was comfortable. However, there was a missing soap and enough towels for two people.

Very well located, very comfortable, the room was a bit small but had plenty of storage so no problem. Two small issues: my QR code reader for the room didn’t work, but the 24‑hour service was great. I called to inform them and someone came in 5 minutes to hand me a manual key. Also, the elevator is very small, but that’s due to the building’s layout, not the hotel’s fault.

The proximity to the train station and Lille city centre was a plus. The noise at night and very early in the morning was a downside. The bathroom was extremely small. The QR code required for entry to the hotel and room forced me to keep my phone charged at all times.

The breakfast fell a bit short of my expectations—missing salty items like ham and eggs, and the room was quite small, though I liked the dried fruit. The room itself was a bit worn but very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was pretty, and the street noise was muted. The elevator was broken, so I had to climb six flights at 10 pm with luggage, which was a bit tough. I understand the hotel isn’t responsible for the malfunction, but I wish they’d offered me a different room while repairs were underway, which didn’t happen until the next evening at 4 pm, still not fixed. Also, they offered a water bottle if you allow the room not to be cleaned, which I did, yet I never saw the bottle. Don’t make promises you can’t keep.

In the city centre, within walking distance to everywhere. Breakfast could have been better. Breakfast was not enough.
