The staff was super friendly and the place was spotless. The rooms are brand new, really pretty, and cozy.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr schönes, stilvolles Zimmer, superfeine Küche zu vernünftigem Preis. Sehr grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet. Herzlicher und zuvorkommender Umgang mit den Gästen.
Wir hatten ein wunderbares Zimmer mit Balkon, welches alle Wünsche erfüllt - sehr gutes Bett.

A hotel run with a lot of heart. Very personal and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful and well‑maintained with new bathrooms. The quality of breakfast and dinner is exceptionally good. Here, excellent Tyrolean chefs use very good regional organic ingredients and only reduce unhealthy items such as sugar. A beautiful and very quiet spa area. The entire hotel exudes a pleasantly relaxed and accommodating vibe.

We enjoyed a very spacious upgraded room, a professional management team and staff who fulfilled any special request without limits. The kitchen was excellent, the service attentive and very friendly, and the atmosphere remained quiet. However, the price level is high for the Arlberg area, and the evening drinks were pricey – a 9.30 € shot seemed unreasonable even if it was a special one. Still water cost 4.50 € per litre, which feels odd since wine drinkers would expect it free at the table.
