The hotel’s hospitality was bad; the staff were rude to customers, they changed a colleague’s room without permission, the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained with dust everywhere, even though I had booked a deluxe room, and the service was the worst I’ve seen.

The staff were nice, responsive, humble, polite, and provided good Wi‑Fi speed; the hotel was easy to find and the bathroom/toilet was clean, but the bedroom was disappointing because the bed‑sheet was dirty when we turned on the fan, dust fell for the first two minutes, and the cupboard was half broken and not clean.

Calm atmosphere, clean premises, and large rooms. Hotel staff were extremely professional and prompt. A truly relaxing and hygienic stay. Highly recommend for business or leisure trips
