The location was good, but the bed was small and the breakfast Starbucks was unexpected.

The location was good for what we needed, and there was nothing negative to mention.

The staff were quick to step in whenever we seemed a bit lost, which was a huge help, and the cleaners responded to my “maybe we’re missing something” with a polite “we think it’s there” rather than making me feel embarrassed (it really was missing 💦). The amenities were plentiful, and the bath salts were a welcome new touch for me. As someone with a sensitive palate, I would have loved a stick‑coffee that could be dropped straight into the bottle in the room and dissolved, since getting ice on another floor was a hassle. The only thing I would change is that the room, which was a single‑bed setup for two women, would have been better with two duvets.
