The location was a good quiet spot, perfect if you want to sleep; we were on the second floor with about three rooms per floor and only one key for all rooms. During our stay no one was around, but we had to leave our belongings. We sent a message about the key, and the reply told us not to leave valuables in the room but gave no answer about the key itself. The room key was only handed over after we asked, with the comment “why do you need the key, I’m here.” It wasn’t a conflict, but it was unpleasant. That’s something that should be handled, even if no other people are in the building or if a owner is present, and we weren’t warned that it would happen. Only the note that the door would be unlocked upon check‑in was provided.
