Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
A small, clean room. What’s missing is a “love of detail.” For example, the bed was clean, but the mattress protector underneath was shifted and wrinkled. With the bathroom vent running, there was an unpleasant odor. The tech and TV were outdated. Even though the staff were friendly, I couldn’t feel comfortable.

The location was perfect, close to Potsdam Hauptbahnhof, and the room was clean. The breakfast area was a bit cramped; we always had to wait for a free, tidy spot, but the staff handled the crowd well despite the tight space.

Good parking options at the hotel.

Nice hotel, well‑located next to the main train station. The breakfast room was far too small, the bedding was damaged, and there was also something broken under the bed.
