The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made my stay really comfortable - I'd give them 9/10. However, things took a turn when I checked out and realized I'd left some snacks in the fridge. It wasn't until the next day that I remembered, and I contacted the hotel to see if they could keep them for me. Unfortunately, I was too busy to pick them up right away, so I had to go back a few days later.

The hotel's location is its biggest selling point – it's in a fantastic spot, and the staff are super friendly and helpful, which really makes a difference. However, there is one downside: you can hear the planes taking off, but it's not a major issue, and you get used to it after a while. [REVIEW]

The cleanliness of the bathroom was definitely a highlight, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by some major issues with the bed and facilities. The mattress was sagging in the middle, making it impossible for two people to sleep comfortably - we both woke up with back and neck pain. The showerhead was also pretty weak, and there was no fridge in the room. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we won't be returning.

The owners were super friendly and the location was perfect for foodies - there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The place itself was quiet and comfortable, making it a great spot to unwind.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. However, the family who lives on the ground floor is always sleeping there openly, which is just unprofessional. The facilities are in dire need of an upgrade, and the front door is locked until 7 am in the morning, which is just inconvenient.
