The room rate was good, and there were no complaints.

The smoke alarm was disconnected, there were no coffee cups or cream and sugar, the ice bucket lacked a plastic liner and plastic bags, outdoor lighting was poor, the booking listed $135 + tax but the bill totaled $155, and I was charged tax a second time on top of that.

We've been staying at the Ashley Inn for family reunions for over 25 years and we love the family atmosphere.

Close to restaurants, but the cleaning staff was absent or had quit, so I had to bring dirty towels to the front desk to replace them. The bed needed replacement, had sink spots that caused back pain when I got up, and the satellite TV kept going in and out.
