I liked how close the hotel was to Napoli Centralstation, but the breakfast was a total letdown. They advertised it as "Very good breakfast," yet all we got was a coffee and a croissant from a nearby café, which felt like a clear misrepresentation.

The location was convenient, the room was spacious enough, and the shower was good. However, the bed was terribly uncomfortable and collapsed on one side, forcing us to sleep on two people in one bed; the sheet used had no corners, so it couldn't stay in place and we ended up sleeping directly on the mattress. There was no extra blanket, the towels were thin and a bit worn, and the room had no soundproofing—early the next morning the cleaning ladies woke us by singing before 9 am. Breakfast at the affiliated bar was limited to croissants if you wanted to stay within the agreement. I was disappointed overall.

Great location near Garibaldi station, friendly staff, good breakfast, and the place is definitely worth recommending.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i kontakt z obsługą.Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Włoskie śniadanie kawa i croissant ;) POLECAM. Mały minus za obowiązek przesłania zdjęcia dowodu osobistego przez Whatsapp . Nie jest to bezpieczna metoda
