The place was simply superb—beautiful, spotless, and all the furnishings were in great shape. Only the bathroom could use a bit more space.

The beds were comfortable, but upon arrival the fridge served as a minibar, full of drinks that we had to empty to store our perishables. The lunch room was tiny and had no space when we tried to use it. The hotel sits on the water’s edge, beside a marsh with many mosquitoes.

“Déception”

The bed was comfy, but there was too much unnecessary liquid in the fridge! I expected to get a human massage, yet only machines were available.

The location by the water is nice and the place is clean, but at 4:30 am on Sunday we were woken up by noisy, disgruntled guests. No staff were on hand to handle the situation for about an hour. Lunch service at the restaurant was very slow; the waitress came to our table three times saying she would go clean it and finally returned with just a napkin. The rooms aren’t sound‑proof, so we could hear everything from the hallway and the room above. I usually try to leave constructive feedback, but this time the price was far too high for the level of service. It’s a shame because the setting is beautiful.
