“Look else where this hotel cannot be trusted.”

Nothing positive. The staff were rude and our booking was cancelled at the last minute, leaving us without a place to stay in the city. Our friends were locked out of the property on their first night, so they couldn’t access their rooms after 11 pm. The property cancelled our rooms at the last minute but kept the friends’ booking. The hotel said there were problems with the sewers. When we arrived to drop our friends off and find other accommodation, a large party of guests were checking in. It was clear the hotel had cancelled our booking in favor of a large party. I would not trust this property. The hotel refused to cancel the booking, so I had to fight to get a refund despite the cancellation not being my choice.

I was in the city centre, only five minutes from the sights. I couldn't find anyone at the front desk to ask questions or get the Wi‑Fi password until the second day. At check‑in a man greeted us, but he seemed clueless about what to do with us. Tourists should be warned that no one will be there and the keys are left at the desk.

Несмотря на несогласованность между хозяином и Букингом, все прошло успешно. В Грузии всегда необходимо сначала спросить у хозяина о наличии свободных мест и только потом бронировать. У нас получилось всё наоборот. Букинг подтвердил бронирование, но когда мы добрались до отеля, то были ни очень обрадованы, потому как в отеле не было свободных мест. А учитывая, что это было ночью, то можно понять наше состояние. Огромное спасибо владельцу, он вошёл в наше положение и помог нам устроиться. Не понравилась в этот раз работа именно Букинга. Хотелось бы чтобы они согласовывали с владельцами наличие мест
