Las habitaciones muy lindas, la piscina para huéspedes igual muy chévere muy agradable. Toca que tengan cuidado porque a la hora de llegar aproximadamente 2 de la tarde para los que tienen pensión completa no incluye el almuerzo de llegada solo la cena, y para los que no pagan pensión completa los mandan al buffet, no los dejan ver la carta porque el buffet tiene un costo de 120.000 por persona y no es más que arroz, proteína y jugo adicional de 20.000 pesos. Es mejor que pidan la carta así casi que no se las quieran dar porque hay platos desde lo 60.000 pesos más o menos mucho mejor que el buffet

Being close to the beach is a plus. The hotel doesn’t match the quality shown in the photos. The pool floor is deteriorated, with raised areas that are dangerous to walk barefoot. The kids’ area is quite neglected with shoddy repairs, old towels with holes and stains. The rooms look like they’re from 40 years ago. The shower water was weak and leaked everywhere because it needed a thorough cleaning. The restaurant offers little variety for long stays, and breakfast is sparse. They seem more focused on day‑trippers than on hotel guests. Overall, it’s not worth staying here when better options exist; they need a makeover.

The Encanto Island was absolutely amazing, they have nice pools that aren’t too crowded and even a bar inside one of the pools that is very cool to have your drinks there. The beach is beautiful with lots of sitting areas where you can relax, read or get into the water and swim. The room was great, clean, the beds were comfortable. The food was delicious and fresh, the service was excellent, the employees were very respectful, friendly and always there to answer our questions. We will visit this beautiful place again. La Isla del Encanto fue absolutamente incieible. Tenían buenas piscinas, donde cada quien tiene espacio para disfrutar e incluso un bar dentro de una de ellas; fue genial poder tener las bebidas allí sin salir de la piscina. La playa también muy bonita con áreas para sentarse y relajarte, peer in Libra o ir al agua y nadar. La habitación estaba estupenda, limpia y las camas estuvieron cómodas. La comida estuvo deliciosa y muy fresca. El servicio fue excelente; los empleados fueron muy respetuosos, amables y atentos para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Volveremos a visitar este hermoso sitio nuevamente.
