Breakfast was iconic Sicilian, and the spot in Palermo is exactly where you want to be—fantastic.

“Great location and nice apartment.”
The place is well situated and the apartment is nice; this particular unit sat on the top of 65 stairs, which we didn’t mind. The windows let in light but faced other buildings, so there was no view at all.
The apartment had good space and a nice location, but the 4 flights of steep steps to reach the room without an elevator were a hassle, and there was no breakfast or daily service.
“Exceptional place to stay with very lovely family and staff”
It felt more like a unique experience than a typical hotel stay; our room kept original Palazzo features while offering all modern comforts, and family members who still live there guided us through the restored rooms. The family and staff were extremely helpful and treated us like invited guests rather than ordinary holidaymakers, though we couldn’t stay there permanently.
