“Was comfortable easy access into town to all restaurants attractions”

It was convenient, in the city centre and within walking distance of all attractions. I had a slight access issue when arriving late at night, but Camilla sent me a video of the entry into the property and the process was seamless.

The location was great, the apartment was very comfortable and picturesque. The communication with the host was poor: only a welcome message in English (a bit more empathy would have translated it) and a checkout message. We stayed 4 days and only had cleaning on one day. No one mentioned this issue.

Only the location was acceptable. The old farm was unrenovated and looked abandoned. The elevator to the third floor was rarely usable because it got stuck on a floor. The worst part was having to lift the luggage up when the elevator was not working from the ground that day. Ufff. The bathroom was ancient with cracks. The sink had a longitudinal crack. You could barely move because of its narrowness. No staff attended guests and you had to fend for yourself. Leaving luggage before entering the room or when leaving is a risk you must take because it is visible, unattended, and anyone can take it or steal it! The room was only cleaned on one of the three paid days, arriving at night with the bathroom/ shower uncleaned, which was unpleasant and there was no one to complain to at that hour because it was obviously not the cleaning staff’s time. And so on, but I’ll stop here to avoid further frustration…

“还不错”

The location was excellent, the bathroom was quite large. The room’s facilities and supplies were a bit outdated, and there was no communication about breakfast.
