Everything was great. The hot tub, swimming pool, and rooms were clean.

The room didn't match the pictures, had broken windows, and the bed in the pool area was just a disappointment; I want my money back.

There was nothing positive. The initial room key didn't work on the room, and none of the other keys worked either; I ended up staying in a queen room. The facility was outdated, but that wasn't the main issue—the room and bathroom were filthy, the check‑in area was dirty, and the whole place had a bad smell. I seriously considered heading home—worst experience ever in my 70 years.
